Jonathan Gallogly is the founder of Strong Island Innovation Group and a U.S. Army Master Sergeant.
His military career began as a Navy Hospital Corpsman. His Army assignments have included the 75th Ranger Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, 11th Airborne Division, 4th Security Force Assistance Brigade, and Maneuver Battle Lab.
At the Maneuver Battle Lab, Jonathan has worked with Soldiers, technical teams, and industry partners to evaluate emerging capabilities in realistic conditions, capture operator feedback, and turn findings into recommendations. His work spans uncrewed aircraft, ground robotics, tactical networks, mission command, and multinational experimentation.
He founded SIIG to bring the warfighter into the development cycle—helping engineers, universities, and decision makers define the mission problem, test the full workflow, identify friction, and improve technology before it reaches the field.
